I am a mom, personal trainer, wellness coach, realtor and a wife on a spiritual quest. As a busy Mom, I know how challenging it can be to wear many different hats! Moms are chauffeurs, chefs, doctors of all ailments, entertainers, mediators and this takes energy and focus. Passionate about helping other moms, staying healthy through good nutrition, fun exercise, creative play and chemical free living all motivate me to help others learn how to MAKE WISE CHOICES!

As I learned more about how chemicals can affect your health and the environment around you I realized that there are other options. However juicing fresh veggies, cleaning up afterwards and making it to school on time all seemed to be just too much!
